Studentcircle has been born & evolved due to problems & general dissatisfaction with the varied managing & estate agents that we ourselves have encountered over the years, both as students & as landlords.

We therefore understand & appreciate the business of owing houses ourselves; the large investments as landlords that we have at stake, the time spent sorting out things (that in all fairness should be dealt with by the agents) We are sure that you can make your own lists of things that you have not been happy with regarding the smooth running of your own properties.

Why are we different?   We at Studentcircle are trying to create a new business ethos for the lettings market; one that cares, one that understands, one that is responsible, one that is looking out for you as a landlord, whilst still appreciating the trials & tribulations that tenants have to go through. We are trying to be different, professional, caring, understanding, advisory, helpful & efficient. Most lettings agencies seem to be firstly estate agencies that will try their hand at the letting business when the property market has troubles; or designed & created by surveyors or the like, not created solely for the purpose of the lettings market. The environment & market place are changing & we intend to be at the forefront of that change. In fact we want to be innovators & explorers of this new market place.
